I bought a Bookshop.org Gift card, and it’s not working for my Square Invoices/in store purchase! What the heck??
Unfortunately, Bookshop.org gift cards (purchased at this link) can ONLY be redeemed Via Bookshop.org.
I bought a PHYSICAL GIFT CERTIFICATE in person, but I’ve lost it? Is there any chance it can still be recovered/redeemed?
Unfortunately, we don’t keep records of our physical gift certificates or trade credits, so we have no way to recover it.
I’m moving/have an art project/am creating a fort for my children! Do you have any cardboard boxes?
YES! We have more cardboard boxes than we know what to do with. If you want to come by, we give them out for FREE on a first come, first serve basis. We get more most weekdays, so always feel free to check back in.
I want to bulk order books for my company picnic/secret santa/pop-up bookstore/writers conference! Can I place this order/do you have a bulk discount?
Sure! For orders of 50 or more copies we’re happy to discuss discounts and shipping charges. We negotiate bulk discounts based on the particulars of each order. It’s best to order through our order form at this link.
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns within 10 days of purchase AND with a receipt. If a gift is being returned, or you discover you already own the book, we are usually happy to trade for a different book.
Is the art displayed in the store for sale?
Very often, yes! Ask at the front desk for help. We’re always happy to put you in touch with the artists.
